How reviews work

The method behind every Feed Ur Head score - so "8.4" isn't random vibes.

1. Listen first

Reviews are written after a full listen when possible. If I only finished part of an episode, I'll say so. Clips without context don't get a full score.

2. Four scoring lenses

Each review lands near a number out of 10. Roughly:

9-10Exceptional signal. Rare.
7-8.9Strong. Worth the time with small caveats.
5-6.9Mixed. Cherry-pick or skip depending on taste.
<5Most people can pass.

3. Outcomes over timelines

Time is not the hero of the story. Change is.

A lot of personal-growth media flexes speed: "I fixed my life in 90 days." That can be motivating - and it can also shame people whose lives are heavier. Feed Ur Head cares what an idea does when it hits real constraints: money stress, family, trauma history, busy weeks, imperfect follow-through.

4. Spoiler policy

Light spoilers only. Enough to decide if you should listen - not a beat-by-beat transcript. Big plot twists or intimate guest stories stay vague on purpose.

5. What you'll find in a typical post

6. Independence

Not paid by the shows. Not a transcript service. Not medical, financial, or legal advice - just a listener's second brain with opinions.
