Why I review Diary of a CEO (and how I pick episodes)

Quick take

What I'm listening for

Steven Bartlett's show is built for deep sits: founders, athletes, scientists, culture voices. That length is a feature and a cost. Feed Ur Head exists so the good signal doesn't evaporate after two hours of headphones.

How I pick which episodes to review

Not every guest gets a full post. Priority goes to:

  1. Topics that match money, mindset, health-of-life, or founder lessons
  2. Episodes people are already arguing about in comments
  3. Guests whose ideas I can pressure-test against "outcomes, not timelines"

Who should use DOAC reviews here

If you love the show but can't re-listen to everything - or you want a skeptical friend to say "this part was gold / this part was thin" - these posts are for you.

What's next

Individual guest reviews will use the same format as the Bayer posts: score, takeaways, who should play, light spoilers. Start at the DOAC show hub or browse all reviews.
